- Sit properly: When sitting, keep your back straight and your feet flat on the ground. Avoid crossing your legs for long periods, as this can cause your hips to become misaligned.
- Wear supportive shoes: Choose shoes that provide adequate support for your feet. Avoid high heels and shoes with a narrow toe box, as these can cause your feet to become cramped and uncomfortable.
- Stretch regularly: Incorporate stretching exercises into your daily routine to help improve your posture and reduce your risk of foot pain.
- Maintain a healthy weight: Too much weight exacerbates joint and muscle strain everywhere, including your feet. It also contributes to poor posture and inactivity, which can make matters worse.
